Tasty Notes
The grapes for this Late Harvest wine were harvested in the heart of the
"orchard vineyards" in the Judean area. The harvest was delayed by a month in order
to pick full matured late harvested grapes. It was then barrel aged for six months in American barrels that enrich
the peach and honey flavors with some vanilla.
